I wan to buy some gauges that display my A/F Ratio, Oil pressure, etc. Does anyone have any links to some guages that can be mounted under the Mach stereo? Instead of having a pillar down the window.

How do you install these gauges, is it hard, or just time consuming, or both? Anyone have a write up?

The only guages i've found so far are:

What is this "exhaust" guage on here? Where is the A/F ratio gauge?

The exhaust gauge shown is a pyrometer that measures/displays exhaust temperature. It requires a bung to be welded on your stock exhaust manifolds or aftermarket headers for the sensor probe.

Before someone else brings up the subject, I would not recommend an Autometer A/F ratio gauge. It is a narrowband display that is of limited practical use, and it does not provide real numbers that would be useful in tuning. A wideband A/F datalogger would, on the other hand, be useful, but they are expensive and also require a bung to be welded onto your midpipe for the sensor probe. I use a wideband personally and am glad I have it installed.

I haven't seen a mounting system for gauges that goes under the stereo. Other than pillar pods, there is a dual-gauge bezel from Autometer that fits over the instrument cluster.
