How often do these things go bad? Can you rebuild these? When i had the rear it was in under the car last year i remember i was only getting 1 wheel peels more often then 2 wheels. I didn't know if i should just go buy a new one or get a rebuild kit if they even make one an stick this one back in. It's pretty old i think the date under the patent number says 1987.
