a few vacuum line questions

[88GTMustang]

i need help putting my vac lines back on my car and cant seem to figure out where they go. i searched for a while and cant figure it out! all i find are schematics and i cant read them!
1. where does the one from the throttle body go to?
2. MAP sensor where should that one connect to ?
3. Valve cover fill tube where does that one need to go?

they are driving me crazy! HELP!
BTW im running a gt40 intake, and if someone has pics too that woould help alot, thanks in advance.

im pretty sure that there is one line from the oil filler neck to the TB.
MAP goes to manifold vac port.
