I'm with John - it looks delicious.

Take some pics when the car's not wet. Oh, nevermind.

Holy crap, that came out real nice! I'm kinda scratching my head at those rims... are they the '00-ish GT stock rims painted gunmetal or something?

'01 GT rims with the hideous center caps removed and chrome acorn lugnuts in their place...they aren't painted, the picture just makes them look a tad darker than they are. I am considering painting them though...that would be really nice.

Nacho, I should have it all back together tomorrow (Sunday) and then I'll take more pictures...the weather is lousy here right now so I don't know how nice the pictures will turn out...but I'll take them regardless.

I still have to put together the majority of the interior and the side skirts need to be put back on...also need to order cobra foglights for the new bumper.

The paintjob ended up costing $950 CAD with a premium triple black coating from my friend's shop. It would have been around $600, but there was a fair sized dent in the one fender that I didn't feel like handling myself...and the new fender I put on was out of alignment a bit...plus they had to tape off the door frames and windshield, etc.

Car looks fantastic.

What paint did you use (brand, color code).

Is that a single stage, or a basecoat/clearcoat paintjob?

Wow, $950 is not bad at all for a paint job like that. Its great to have friends that can hook you up! Body work is an absolute pain though, I once repainted a car that had a good ammount of rust in the rocker panels, and the body work took 13 days for me and my dad working on it about 10 hours a day roughly. Paint only took 4 hours. Its all about the final result though, it was worth all the back pain in the end.

Keep the pics coming!

headlights were cheapies from ebay. from X3 racing I believe. The build is decent, but the corners need a healthy lining of caulking to prevent moisture from entering the housing. they look fantastic though
