Hello Stangnet,

I come to you tonight looking for help on how to cover this eyesore. My car will not see body work for quite some time. However, of all the blemishes on the body, this one just really stands out and is outright embarrassing. I would like to cover it up somehow, cheaply, until I can get some real body work done. Does anybody have any suggestions on what I can do here to make it look decent for now? The previous owner put bondo on it to cover some damage after what appears to have been a collision all along the driver side of the car (damage on left corner of front bumper, damage on driver door as well). So, anyway, if anybody can help me with advice on how to make this look just a little bit nicer, please let me know! Thank you!

Jeez that is pretty bad. If it were mine and I was gonna do it on the cheap, I'd sand it to get it smooth, then rattle can the whole car black. If you try to match the white, it won't look much better.

Grind that bondo out, fix the damage, as best as you can, use more bondo to make it as level as possible, and then primer it. Epoxy sealer would probably be best, if you have the means to spray it.

new quarter panel was my original idea... how much would the install cost me if I could find a quarter panel on my own?

wanna keep it white for now. at least hopefully it won't look as bad?
