the venom control box is not worth the money. If you want a tuner get an SCT xcal2.

Why are you looking for 360hp an reason or just a number you thought would be nice.

Either Way:

4.10 Gears - $180
Nirtous Kit w/ WOT Switch, Window Switch, Gauge and Bottle Heater - $1200
Custom Tune and Tuner - $800

Right there your over you $2000 limit and that assuming you install everything your self.

4.10s and a custom tune will make you very happy. It will feel like a monster compared to stock.

2 grand is enough to get a used vortech/paxton/procharger kit. You just have to look around, the deals are out there. Other than that, you can get a nice used nitrous kit for around 6-700 hundred dollars. I got my entire blower kit, with front mount intercooler, injectors, MAF etc for 2 grand flat.

There is no cheap way to get that much hp. As was said the cheapest way is nitrous. Doing the usual mods; CAI, intake, headers, mid-pipe, catback, pullies and tune may get you 300 at most. You can do cams as well but that'll cost you about 2K right there and still won't get you to 360 or even close.
If you really want 360 there is no way to go but FI.

If your budget is under 2K then do gears, full exhaust, CAI and tune then call it a day. It won't get you to your goal but it'll certainly be a bit faster and responsive.

Nitrous kit and proper fuel and tuning. Supercharger/Turbo's will set you back about 5K installed and tuned.

Gears and nitrous. If you are lucky you may be able to get away without a custom tune. I dont have a custom tune. With nitrous at the very least you need to put it on the dyno and ensure your a/f is not lean. Read up on nitrous very thoroughly. If you go that route and do it wrong then evos and stis will be the least of worries.

Gears and nitrous for sure. BUT, dont go with 4.10's if you are spraying. The highest id reccomend is 3.90's, but 3.73's will do the job real nice.

If you have 2k to spend, go with the best of the best.

NX wet plate kit, MSD digital window switch (or other), fuel pressure saftey switch, TUNE THAT THING!!! And not a mail order tune either, strap it to a dyno and check the AF ratio.

Also, keep it a 150 shot or below if you want to keep spraying, lol.

You should probaly invest in a new mid pipe to help move that extra air out if you havnt allready. Stock is 2 1/4, aftermarket are 2.5" and without cats they move alot of air. You should probaly open up your air intake also.

With all that STi's and EVO's will be a joke, as will stock and mild bolt on LS1 Camaro's and Trans Ams...

I was going NA for a while. Did everything except heads and cams, had them but never installed em. Then I found a used KB for 3K. I saved my a** off for that blower. I ate Ramen noodles and canned tuna for a month, worked overtime, quit the bar scene, etc. All I can say is it's worth it. If you have 2K you can find a good used blower for just a bit more. I say save your money and get that 360 or more hp that you want.

if a used blower is out of the question, get nitrous and/or gears.

i just started spraying on friday. i started out on a 50 shot got bored in 2 days and now have the 100 shot in. I added fuel with the predator and pulled timing and she runs strong. its so addicting but i got to watch it cause i know that a 5 min jet change and i can up that power lol i might get to carried away and put the 200s in but bye bye motor if i do.

Something else you can do is free up what horsepower you have already. Lighter weight equals faster car. If you can live without the conveniences, take it out.

Gears are definite. I have 4.10's and really like them. I stressed for a while before getting them installed but am glad I went with them. Under drive pullies help as well. Look at your engine as an air pump. What can you do to make it more efficient.

Look at your intake and exhaust. Make it breath easier. While I really think LT headers are a big improvement I'm still not convinced that a big diameter cat back is worth the money.

Another cheap upgrade is is a steeda timing advance. Cheapest bang for the buck. You will have to run premium gas when you turn the dial but with gears, pullies and timing you would be amazed at how much faster your car will run. The seat of the pants facter will definitely raise.

My 2 cents.....
