Champion 2 core.. All metal and no plastic endcaps, fully welded and lifetime warranty. I have bought 3 of them over the past 10 years and not a problem. Think i paid $160 or so for them

I bought a Champion , I had a problem with it and they replaced it. They sent me a new one and returned the old one . They have great customer service, lifetime warranty. I had it for nine years.

I wouldn't worrying about an automatic specific rad. The "cooler" for the auto is nothing more than a tube inside the rad tank that connects the two fittings. Unless you need to heat the trans fluid (cold weather climates) I would get a rad (manual or auto) and add an aftermarket trans cooler.
