I MAY have a problem with my A9L in my stock 89 GT and I know the A9S is California.....if I had a line on an A9S and swapped, would I be able to tell the difference?
From a tech standpoint, exactly what is different between the two? Spark tables?
Just pick up another A9L or and A9P from ebay and be done with it. I don't know much about the S computers, but if they are California then they probably control more emission related stuff or have tighter tolerance for the emission stuff they do control, or maybe they are not as aggressive. Maybe someone else can chime in who knows more about the S computers.
