Look under your hood and you can answer that yourself.

It is a vacuum boost.

All V6's are vacuum booster.

Same brakes otherwise at a same-year GT.

did some research and the V6s take different engine mounts from 96-04 so I think I will need a K member for a 94-95 car , local junkyard has one for 90 bucks so I think that will be the ticket

V6's use the same K-member as the 5.0, but not the 4.6L

In other words, if you want to convert a 3.8L to a 4.6 you'll need a new K-member, but if you wanted to convert it to a 5.0, you just need the new engine mounts.

The 3.8L and 5.0L share a lot of similar dimensions and mounting setups.

This is not true, I am doing a GT swap, I do not have to change my K member.

A buddy of mine is doing a 5.4 swap into his Six and when he blew the motor and the engine was out we dropped in the 5.4 block and guess what, it matched perfectly. He is using a Navigator block also.

The 99+ 3.8 swap with a 4.6 is a basic drop in. Why would Ford make two seperate parts for? That does not make sense.

THEY ARE THE SAME.
