Yes, the BBK equal lengths work fine with stock H-pipe. I have them in the ceramic coated version. A pain to install but nice once they are in and sound great. If you get them shoot me a private messege and I can give you some tips to install them.
wow im dumb..i completely forgot part of the question lol...i actually have a friend in town whos sellin them off his 92 5.0...and i wondered if those fox equals would fit on my 94...
egrs taken care of...i deleted it off my car lol ..right now with the stock craptastic manifolds its just capped off..but thats what i was hopin is that the only difference was that the sn models had the bung for the egr welded in.
Make sure to change your spark plugs when do the install because its the last time you will be able to access them after putting those headers on. At least without a bottle of KY, prayer, alcohol, and colorful language.
just put a set on mine about 2 mos ago. fit and run good no leaks pain to install left side goes in from the bottom after you disconnect the steering shaft. right side goes in from the top. Also take the time to grind out the extra weld from inside the header ports before install for more flow
Colorful language is indeed to be expected.... removing those headers (installed by the previous owner) was by far the most difficult and annoying thing I've ever done on any car, and that includes dash removal. I took them out because they burnt-through 3 sets of plug wires (even burnt-through those protective wire boot covers). I strongly do not recommend them. And as mentioned, changing plugs quickly becomes a 2-3hr struggle instead of a quick 20-minute job.
I literally took out all 4 drivers side plugs, removed the header, took off my blown gasket, cleaned it up, and put everything back together in just under 30 min.
