i am in the process of doing a suspension swap including the eibach pro-kit(which i got for free ) kyb shocks, new upper and lower control arms, and sway bar. but i was wondering if it is necessary to put the iso's in. i have read that it does lower the car a bit more which would be nice with the pro-kit. i have also read that it does make noise from the metal to metal contact. just wanting to know what would be best for now and in the long run. its strickly a weekend/nice weather car. pics would be nice too. thanks.

i put ym isos in because its my DD. for a weekend cruiser you must ask yourself if you value a quieter ride and speed bumpability more than a lower ride height.

i have urethane ones on the back of my car and none up front. i didn't have any at all in my old coupe with 4cyl springs and don't recall really hearing any metal to metal noises.

Replace them with polys. They are cheap. My fox isos were rotted and cracked, so I went with new ones when I installed my UCA & LCA's. You don't want them metal to metal.

yea i do have poly ones. u think i could get away with cutting a little off the coil and then still using the iso's.
