? about trickflow heads

i was buying a set of heads and this was said about them....
"They are equipped with 2.02/1.60 stainless steel valves. .600" lift hydralic roller springs shimmed for 135 lbs of seat pressure.""
can i use these heads with a E303 cam??stock pushrods?? 1.6 r/r???? what exactly does this mean??
any responses is helpful and appreciated..

Yes you can use those heads with a E303,if they are TW heads you'll need longer pushrods 6.70 or 6.75..I'm using 6.75!The 1.6rr is the ratio for the roller rockers you will tjey will have to be stud mount!

Yeah, you can definitely use it with those heads and springs. I'd go with 1.7 r/r, but thats just my personal preference.
