I want to put a kit on my car but everythign around seems to be too much. I saw the XENON kit on a bunch of guys cars here on stangnet and it's exactly what im looking for. The only thing that is stopping me from just buying one is the horror stories ive heard about body kits fitting - I already got burnt with a hood that did fit. If anyone here could please reply with a website or place where they had a good experience with so I could order the kit from them. Also any pics of the kit are also appreciated. thanks in advance !!

I had NO problems with fitment...that's with the polyurethane..it's more than fiberglass, but "molds" to the car.

The only problems Ive had was flaking/peeling of paint, but that is NOT because of the kit....it's b/c of the $hity paint job (mainly prep work)

When I go to repaint the car (not for a couple of years) Im gonna probably sell the kit and just get a better hood...too bad the timing is off, Or I could sell mine to you.

I got mine at ABC exclusives..Service was fine and had no problems or issues with them.

I bought mine locally at a speed shop to avoid paying shipping. I DID have fitment problems, but its not the kits fault. The idiots that painted it put the side skirts over a "horse" and placed them in their heating booth to cure the paint. In doing so it caused the side skirt to bend and the heat re-set it in that shape. I had one HELL of a time getting it on the car because of that. Like Rob said, make sure you get it prepped right the first time. The same idiots that screwed up my side skirt were also a PPG certified shop, so when I showed them the directions on how to prep it, they said, "we're PPG certified, our guys know how to do it..." The damn paint was flaking withing the first month of having them on my car. Over all I like the kit, but I HIGHLY suggest NOT getting the xexnon kit, but get the ABC knockoff with the one piece front and rear bumpers, the xenon ones are just add-ons.

not fitment problems at all.

i had the same problem as killercanary with the heat and warping.

i got a saleen front bumper in my backyard that my brother picked up for free at his bodyshop, i have been thinking about putting it on but i like the look of the xenon better.
