Brakes Abs And Tcs Light On And I Need Help!

I have a 2007 Mustang GT and the ABS and TCS light have been on for a few weeks. I have changed the speed sensors on both back rear, the right rear twice with motorcraft parts . I bought a OTC scanner to read the ABS and it keeps coming up with a C1165 code, which is a fault in the right rear which is why I changed the sensor twice. I try to erase the fault code and the lights still stay on. Any help would be much appreciated!

Yeah and no, I checked the wiring in the rear of the car. I did check to make sure the plug was locked in, didn't think to check the pins in the connector.
