Hey, my AC was stuck on the footwell setting and I needed it blowing through the dash vents as I live in Abu Dhabi and it is hot as hell here. Through investigation i figured out it that it was the actuator behind the gauge cluster. I removed the old one, opened it up and found the sheared gear inside. Ordered a replacement and manually moves the lever to get air flow to the required vents.

Now the problem, when the new one arrived, i wanted to check the position of the arm for each selection of the knob, so plugged in and operated in my hand. The strange thing is once i had selected a position and the actuator had moved and stopped, it would then move again after a few seconds by itself without me touching anything, i would do this through a 360 degree of travel, it does this even when i select AC off position. I am assuming this isnt normal. Anuone had similar or have any thoughts i would.appreciate to hear them.

Thanks in advance
