I took a piece of sting and routed it around the pulleys. I got around 104 inches, I just want to compare and make sure I'm right on the length.

if you got a 104 inches you routed it wrong.

edit: actually if you removed the pump then you probably could route the belt way that would get close to 104 inches. On mine I still had the pump on the car so I had to reverse route it on the crank and water pump pullies

Well the stock measurement is 106 inches. With my string method I got 104 Inches. then i decided to measure the belt around the ac compressor and took a measurement from the same point with out ac and there is a 5 3/8 difference so that would be around 101 inches. so I'm not really sure whats right, but i guess I'll just start buying belts and figure it out.

but you don't have your a/c pump anymore right?

because if you still had the a/c pump you would have to route the belt differently.

just trying to clarify for anyone reading this.
