I see there is a lot of posts of this already but I dont have to time to page thru every one, and my scenario is different. I have a 2001 GT. Only mods i have are exhaust-prochamber and magnapacks, bbk cai, and steeds pullies. However, I work at a salvage yard and recently got a pretty much brand new accufab 75mm throttlebody/plenum off a wrecked stang. I've read most forums that 70mm is ideal and 75mm is idea for F/I which I dont plan on doing. Only other mods I will prolly do with be gears and a tuner. Am I ok putting the 75mm or am I better off selling the 75mm and getting a 70mm?? Like I said i got the combo for free so i'm not into it with any money so was just wondering if its worth putting the 70mm on there instead. Thanks

Keep the 75mm its perfect for stock cars there is no difference in horsepower between going to 70 or 75 mm, alone they hardly do anything make 5 hp at most, just flow better make the car more responsive but keep the 75 alot of people run them naturally aspirated

i have a 70mm on my car BUT its ported/polished, closer to that of a 75. the oem plenum is port matched. i could tell a difference. nothing huge but a difference none the less. throttle response became alot snappier. in conjunction with all the other 'bolt ons' i have, the car runs very well.

go for it, especially since its free! accufab is suppose to be top notch stuff.
