Alright guys I need your help with a few questions. I'm converting my 95 over to the fox TB setup and I really wanted to get an Accufab 85mm TB for it. I picked up a TPS, connectors for it, and what I guess is the IAC (only other sensor on the TB)

I'm under the assumption that the Accufab TB does not come with either of these right? I havent really been able to find any good info about the TB if it comes with sensors or not but every pic I've seen it does not.

Anyone who has one can you tell me which sensors I'll need and possibly a price to buy new ones if needed? Thanks :flag:

They make them up to 90mm.

Is this the IAC sesnor? There was something else inside the TB but I don't know if its part of the TB that stays in or part of the sensor. I know the TPS I got is right, just a matter of does it work or not.

Is the IAC the big one that sticks on the side? If so I got that one too. So that is the complete TPS sensor and the harness that I'll need right? I got the other larger sensor (IAC i'm guessing now) and the wiring harness for it as well.

I am converting mine also.

I just bought a new IAC sensor on Ebay for 7.00 Shipped still in the ford box.

The best way to get what you need is to find a junk yard with a fox car somewhat intact. and strip all the parts you need at once.

The plug for the IAC is the same as the 94-95. You only need the plug for the TPS.

There is an AWESOME thread on this.

Actually Accufab now has as lage as 105mm bodies. :D

Thats what I did, I stripped one car of the bracket, cable, and connectors, the sensors I got off of a crown vic because they looked to be in good shape. I'll check out ebay for that IAC sensor, because for $7.00 its worth buying a new one.

I thought I saw 105mm somewhere, but couldnt find the site again.

I don't need an 85mm or were you refering to the 105mm one?

I might as well get a 65mm tb and be done with it. Thats what Grn has been recomending over on the 94/95 forums :p

Stock heads, cam, eddy intake, MP T70 turbo.

If a 75mm is good on a mild setup, the 85mm should be good on a boosted setup. Plus I don't have enough money to buy 2 TB's :D

75mm works well for me....I wouldnt consider mine too mild. And you can always sell the one whenits time to upgrade.

75mm is fine for what you're doing. Just do NOT put it on w/o dremel matching the inlet. The edelbrock intakes have a 70mm opening so to effectivly use a larger tb, you have to dremel match it. Putting a larger tb than what the opening is is stupid and you create a wall for air to hit.
