I have Tokiko 5-way adjusatbles, and i am sure its the same for all adjustable shocks, which end is which!? I have them set at 3....is 1 stiffer or 5, I would like to just set it for a nicer ride since when I get this heater core+ job finished I will really just be doing commuting in it for awhile. Thanks

I do not know. I would think "-" is soft.

Even though their website is closed for redesign (http://www.qa1.net/), they have a tech phone number...
