What I got out of it:

"Old engine go [boom]."
"What goodies should I put in the new engine? Nothing crazy."
"I'm in Sweden. No American parts stores."

Why not just rebuild what you have (if the block is in good shape) with a decent set of pistons and go through the stock heads. Put a blower on it with the right size injectors and tune it. Should make around 350 rwhp or a little less. To put into prospective you car stock was 225 crank hp.

For me this would be a really reliable setup and not cost you and arm and a leg.

First thing I would do is check the existing block to see if it's rebuildable, compare rebuild costs to a crate engine with updates like aluminium heads, cam that works for the driving you will do, being in another country is gonna dictate costs/availability.
Perhaps hook up with other American car owners at a show or local club on how they tackled an engine rebuild.

Well a stupid question maybe. Do anyone know the oem stock piston weight with pin ? Since i need new pistons.
For anyone wanting to know it was an injector gone bad.
Cylinder 7 and 8 have had issues.
And it seems to be some alcohol etching i think it is called on the block and piston 7 has some symptoms as well.
So all pistons will be changed and injectors and other stuff aswell.

(Yes i can weight them my self but i work away from home and what to order before i get home if i can get the info)
