I’ve been having an recent issue with my mustang. It currently has longtube headers and straight pipe though the back. Lately I’ve been getting a code of running lean and misfire from cylinders 1 & 3 . I changed the spark plugs, spark plug wires, and the coil pack but it still sputters the same. What could be the problem? Should i invest in a sct tuner to fix my problem?
