Hi All! First post, I am finally getting back into the Mustang family after being gone for 20 years (previously had a '79, '80, '81, '83). I'm looking to buy a 99-02 Mustang, V6... looking for advice on auto or manual, leaning towards manual but still on the fence. I have found quite a few with 85-150k, most fall into the $4000-$6500 range. This will be my year round daily commuter, and will be driven in winter in North Dakota. I fully realize I'm buying a used car and don't expect perfection, but I am wondering of any trouble areas to look for when shopping. For example I'm finding that many Mustangs with 100K+ are on the original clutch, is this "normal" or am I buying into a money pit (I realize much of it depends on how it was treated previously). Sorry for the long winded post, I'm excited to own a Mustang again and look forward to any advice out there. Thanks!
