I am swapping the auto to manual.
From all i have read from you guys, and the research i have done has left me with two choices. Tremec 3650 and T56. Could you guys give me some advice with some of these questions please?
If i go with a used one with low miles or a remanufactured with a warranty is this i bad idea? The hard part in this is buying all the extra equipment i need to do the swap. Was wondering if you guys had some tips on where to look to where i could get a discount with buying all the additional needed components at the same place. D&D transmissions is the best site i have found so far. A part of me just wants to buy the new Tremec T5 they offer, but with the mods i have now, and the my goals for this car (12 second DD) i don't think that could handle it.
Do any of you know someone that has done this?
Also where would be the best places to look?
Really Sorry i have been asking so many questions on this. Just hard to trust people, and want to get this right. You guys know the best.
Greatly Appreciate all the help fellas.
Regards,
Alexander
