Performance wise they are comperable. It's just sound preference really.

i like the bassani sound a bit better but the magnaflow sounds sweet too and costs a hell of a lot less. if you are on a budget and want quality sound go magnaflow if you got the cash get the bassani.

Bassani had a problem with cats going bad a few years ago, I don't know if they have fixed it, also you get better ground clearance with Magnaflow in the catted version (the MagnaFlowq cats have an eliptical profile where the Bassanis are cylinders).

Which ever you can find cheaper they are both nice quality stainless steel x pipes

And yes they fixed their Cat problem. They use a high quality cat now.
