i like the bassani sound a bit better but the magnaflow sounds sweet too and costs a hell of a lot less. if you are on a budget and want quality sound go magnaflow if you got the cash get the bassani.
Bassani had a problem with cats going bad a few years ago, I don't know if they have fixed it, also you get better ground clearance with Magnaflow in the catted version (the MagnaFlowq cats have an eliptical profile where the Bassanis are cylinders).
