Anyone use this thing yet? I'm contemplating buying it rather than paying for someone else to tune the Cobra...

AEM controller = not for the amatuer!

BTW tontot77, I'm not trying to insult your intelligence at all by saying that. The AEM unit really is that hard to work with from what I've read.

But it is easier than others since It has the stock programming in it already and the tuner can have a baseline. $0.02

Get the SCT software.I use it to tune 700rwhp cars..

You'll love it...

I am, happy to see that the Man saw the thread... Tim, I have no experiance in tuning, think its wise to try and figure it out so that I can further mess with the car when I want in the future, which is what I was thinking, or do you think I should go to some place and have it tuned professionally for like 700 bucks?

I orginially had the car tuned by Mike Murrillo out of Murrillo Motor sports in San Antonio and it now has a custom autologic chip...
