So i have ran into fuel pressure problems. My Fuel Pressure at Idle is anywhere from 24-27PSI and at WOT any where from 32-36, as you get higher into the RPM Range the FP drops slightly. So today i tried to up the FP on my regulator and gas was leaking through the Brass allen head screw fitting. So i screwed it back in ALL THE WAY and it still leaks fuel. Any way i can seal the fitting up?

The Aeromotive 5.0 FPR's are notorious for leaking, they probably have a worse reputation than any other brand of FPR for 5.0s.

That's a shame, considering Aeromotive otherwise makes pretty good quality stuff.

If you end up buying a new one, try a Kirban. Most people on these boards run them/recommend them.

X2...I just swapped to '95 fuel rails, and the BBK FPR that was on there wouldn't quit leaking either...I swapped out all the O-rings on it, and still no fix...right now, it's running a stock one, but I've got a Kirban on the way, and I had a Kirban on my early model rails-never leaked a drop, and worked like a champ.
