I am going to get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, but would like to know what kind and where I should get a gauge for it. I'm sick of lean issue and hoping this will help out. Any suggestions on which brand, etc? along with the pros and cons of each.

i would get an aeromotive, they make great products.

I had a BBK AFPR and it turned out it was defective from the factory and caused me all kinds of problems. Go with aeromotive

I have a Kirban because I used to work with Dennis Kirban. I've never read a bad thing about it.

you can just get a cheap one from like NAPA or something to screw on the schrader valve which will do fine, or you can spend alot of money on one from autometer
