My speed pro flat tops wont work with my afr 185's, not enough material to fly cut. I have stock, block, crank, and rods. Cam is .600/.570 230/236 dur @.050 Need at least 10.5 to one, prefereably 11:1
WHAT IS A GOOD FORGED PISTON AT A REASONABLE PRICE FOR THESE HEADS, COMPRESSION, AND LIFT??

Thanks
Ted

I'm using Keith Black hyperutectic domed pistons with my 58 cc AFR 185's. My compression ratio is 10:8:1 and my cam specs are as follows: 248/258 @ .50 duration and .536/.560 lift.

Probe makes a few nice SRS series pistons that will work for that combo, they will clear with no issues. I use a lot of Probe pistons and have yet to have an issue.
