AFS cobra wheels quality?

No, but If you hit them with hammers and stuff they might.

Is $550 a good price for a good used set of 17x9's with 95% thread left tires? Tires are off brand but in good condition.

Does that even have to be asked? They're $700+ new for chrome ones, and 17" tires are not cheap either.
