After 5 years..

Well hopefully after 5 years I will be able to finally start my car in the next two weeks. In that time I have installed the following major components (347, t-56, 9"L.S., new floors to make room for the 6 speed's added size, 4.5 rear leafs, subframe connectors, 17" ttIIs, 4 wheel disks (still waiting on the Baer kits to arrive) Line lock, "Rhino" lined the floors and Dynomatted them before all new interior with newer seats and 10 speaker stereo with 12" behind the rear seat. Gauges, restomod speed shifter, tribar headlights, new 80/20 trunk carpet, trunk light, moved the battery to the truck, electric fuel pump to handle supercharging, I will be blowing through this demon at first until I get another fire lit to finally install the fuel injection and powerdyne. I am sure I am missing so things but I just wanted say thanks for the help I have received here on this forum.

The color is a mid 90's Caddy Pearl red. The body shop said it took 13 coats to acheive that transparant look. I have been waiting for 6 weeks on the baer brakes but I guess they will be worth the wait. My goal was to have it completed so I could take my son for a ride on his birthday this weekend but he says its ok since I have been busting my hump so hard trying to finish it.

I have just installed the Granada and Lincoln brakes for now since I had to get the brake system breed down anyway. Mine should have been here 2 weeks ago according to what was said at the time I ordered the two kits. What part numbers did you go with? I ordered #4261078 which are 13" fronts for a 70 mustang which is what you have to have for the Granada spindles. And on the back #4262079 which should be 12" and the parking brake cable also. I bought mine from Larry at Southern performance. Because of my shop I got them at jobber pricing which didnt save me much. Anyway let me know when you get yours, I hope they are worth the wait!
