I have been wondering. Is it worth it to buy that stuff or not? Anyone ever did a before and after dyno to test stock vs after market like crane or msd's 6a or hi-6s? I have zero exp with any of them.

i have not done a before and after dyno and i went from old school to a ready to run setup (mallory) and my best change was cold start and it overall ran a little better all around. i dont think it will give you a big jump in power but it may help your motor run more efficient.

You most likely won't see the difference unless you are spraying or boosting. I've run boxes before N/A and didn't really see a difference.

Yep, a fancy ignition system doesn't do much for a mostly stock or even mildly modified 5.0.

once i get a few bucks i plan to run a 6al2 in my car on the bottle... built in 2 step... going to have a chip burned to move the factory rev limiter to something high and use the MSD to set the limiter at 6500. factory rev limiter cuts fuel... MSD cuts spark... spark plus no fuel on a nitrous car is a BAD thing...

wouldnt bother if i wasnt going to spray the bejuzus outta this car
