I will probably break out the new PC tommorow and work in some PB's polish. After im done with this will i need to, or should I, use a glaze before "waxing".
If you have the time, yes. A good glaze adds depth to the car's paint, and when topped with a good wax (without cleaners), can make your paint shimmer.

Yes you can use a glaze. If your car is a daily driver, I wouldn't use a glaze. If you just drive it when it is nice it will work well. A glaze is really designed to use before a car show to give the paint that extra pop.
