I have just bught a aftermarket keyless entry system for my 95 GT since it missed that option from the factory. My issue is that I can't find the cables pink/yellow and pink/green coming from the door switch that control lock and unlock when I look behind in the driver side kick panel. Could someone just enlight me in which loom I should look? I have one grey with 17 pins (which I think has the trunk release and parking light) and one big that has an 8 mm bolt on top, but neither of these seems correct to me...

I tried to upload an image to show how it looks but wihout success, I will see if I can find any thread for the upload so it will be easier to see what I mean It's my first post here....

I think the wires you are looking for are all within the door panel master control. If you are looking towards installing the factory keyless system I would guess that all you need is the control module located in the trunk behind the driver's side panel and a factory fob programmed to activate the module. That's my guess from looking at the wiring schematics.

Thanks for the reply. Problem is that I can't have the factory keyless since I don't just miss the module but the wiring loom in the trunk isn't there either . My only option is to have the aftermarket kit. I have read the install manual and it says that the pink/yellow and pink/green cable from the door should be behind the kick panel, question is just where?

If you have the provision for keyless (single-wire trigger for lock and a single-wire for unlock), grab them in the rocker panel (remove the long plastic door threshold trim that you step over to get into the car).

One clue is to lock the doors and lift the driver's door handle from the outside. If the dome light illuminates, that would suggest the car has single-wire locks.

If you have NO provision for keyless (it sounds like you are in this situation), your locks might function as reverse-polarity locks. You'll need to add relays to the system.
