Aftermarket mustang ii kits seem to state a track width of ~56 inches but a 67/68 Mustang track width is 58 inches isn't it? Is this because the kits are generic to accommodate earlier years or is it to allow for the wider modern tires? If it's not the tires, should I be looking for a kit that is 58 inches?
Also, I'm contemplating a 9 inch rear from a 69 Mustang. Would a slightly wider rear and the narrower front cause problems?
