Since someone has previously hacked up the dash in my 65 im looking to install an aftermarket radio in the hole. but my question is where do i make my radio connections for the ignition source and for the constant power? im just not sure with this old wiring of where to make my connections, but im planning on later down the road of upgrading the wiring harness.

I wish my dash wasn't cut, but since it is just installed a regular stereo.

You'll need to trace the wires and you may have to use a voltmeter or test light to determine which wires are constant power and which wires are switched power.

I added an auxiliary fused distribution block with a relay to my car for everything that isn't factory. It has 2 banks. One side is switched power and one side is constant power.
