Ok Gents,

What aftermarket parts will be available for the '05 GT (right after it comes out)??? This is all speculation. Also, with that tight engine bay, what do ya think can be fit in there? Just throw out ideas on aftermarket parts for the '05s, I wanna see what everyone has to say...

It would be hard to set a super charger on that engine. it is to tight fot a centrifugal force superchager but not imposible.

I think well find a new air flow system first allong with body kits, lights, rims, etc. but i would firts bost hp with the computer and air folw. i would also change plug wires and most importantly learn how to get all the power i can to the pavemnt by controling that 5-speed properly. Then i would consider a supercharger.

I'm hoping that the aftermarket is going to make the concept look available soon after it comes out. I would like the front facia and the rear to match that of the concepts.

Am I alone on the concept look? I'm sure there are more people wanting the concept front and rear. I just wish I knew a company to bug about making it possible.

Anybody know of some??

speaking of aftermarket; once the 05 is out and about do you think the aftermarket parts for 99-04 mustangs will come down significantly in price. Some of the stuff I avoid buying because of price issues. Just a thought...

yes it will come down in price but much for a while. Take the mach 1 for example. I believe it will fall along the same lines. Easily produced products first (cold air intake etc) then engine products because will take a little longer to finish testing. It should be pretty quick though because ford did release early models to after market manufacturers. Remember this car has been in developement since 2000.

What exhausts sound the best on the previous years. I am getting a GT conv when they are available and the first thing I want is a deeper growl. I have heard the Edelbrock systems and have a Pacesetter cat back on my Neon now. Just curious about Flowmaster, Dynomax, Borla.....

I would suggest a full bassani setup, or a prochamber and packs, borla stingers are a great catback but a little pricey.
