Are there any wings (like saleen etc.) that are subtle that cover up the holes from the stock wing? I really like the 03 cobra wing but I don't think that would work. Thanks for any sugestions.

Wings

Since mentioned Saleen I think the Saleen S281 wing would
fill the holes and look great on your 02 GT.I think the 03 Cobra
wing happens to look good too.

It's actually True Blue, but I guess it does look black in some pics...

I actually do miss my old GT some times, I put so much into her and I thought it looked awesome and afterall she was my first ...but to answer your question, I got rid of it for this...

Back on topic, I believe that both Steeda and Roush have a wing that utilizes the factory holes as well.

I like my Steeda wing, but everyone has their own opinions. Just find one you like and go with it, assuming it isnt 4 feet tall and alluminum.

Yeah, I didn't like teh Steeda wing at first but it's definitly grown on me, I was pondering gettin one for my Mach and painting it black, but I'm gonna stick to performance stuff for now.

About the Cobra wing. I like the look of that too. I looked into them after my wing got stolen off my GT.

The Cobra wing will not cover the two holes closest to the back window. I found a dealer who would put the Cobra wing on for me. and plug the two holes.

Basically, thats around 6 bills, but if you wanted to repaint the trunk to make it look great... all the sudden it gets real cost prohibitive. Hope that helps.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the comments!

MRducks, sorry for the jacking. I would look at the saleen s281 or steeda, they both use the factory holes. Of course there's the cobra r wing, but thats just it, it's to much of a "wing" for me.

1) Saleen S281 (one piece or three piece)
2) Steeda
3) MRT wing

Thanks for the input everyone! I think I am leaning towards the saleen wing at this point but I need to see more pictures before I decide. There isn't a rush to do this I'm just adding it to my list of future mods. I am hoping to find a used one that someone wants to part with cheap! I like the look of the cobra and the saleen wing since they continue the lines of the car past the trunk lid toward the rear. I am not a big fan of the vertical style wings.
