Air Bag light JUST TURNED ON ???WTF

So get on the freeway after work, gun it ...and there it is, ON...so I pull into autozone on the way home Turn off the car turn it back on and the light blinks 3x and then 5 seconds later 3x again and then stays on....Now I ran a scan tool NOTHING...you think a loose ground some were? mayby a fuse..OR should I just reset PCM..??

I checked the forum nothing... I had the steering shaft replaced about 2 weeks ago but it wasnt throwing a light OR a code at all....HELP PLEASE

This happened to my old one years ago after I had the head unit replaced. Took it to ford and they wanted $500 to fix it.

Hope yours is a little cheaper. Had you done anything to the car recently? (ie. head on collision) j/k

I had that happen to me... turns out I had maxed out my free memory on my ECU after going 150

Of course that probably would have showed up on diags when you ran it...

My moms Air Bag light started to come on in her Town and Country too and the problem was a broken clock spring, she had to get it fixed like 5x because Chrysler sucks, luckily it was recalled or something and was all under warranty. Sounds kinda like the same problem you're having.
