Air Bag lights stays on.

My air bag lights stays on.. once you start the car it flashes like 3 times and then stays solid... Anybody know what could cause this?

I had the same problem after I swapped my motor in...

Grey 2 prong plug under/behind glove box.
Turned key on, wait for it to flash "52" code once.
As it started a second time, jump the prongs with a screwdriver.
Wait about 5 seconds for a beep, problem solved.

True the 5-2 code I had was not a hard code, some other little funky thing though.

Exact same here ..... I did the same thing & it fixed my problem.
