Air leak sound by gas tank

I recently noticed that there an air leak sound coming from the gas tank area and can smell gas and after reading I was wondering if any one has the ford part number for the filler neck grommet since no auto parts store sells them. I figured I would replace this first since I can change it with out dropping the tank. I have an issue with hesitation but only under WOT and I was wondering if this could be the problem.
