The only con I can think of is the price. Materials cost around $2000, or more. Installation can be done by you, but if it is not, I'm pretty sure it's about a grand as well.
As far as pros, well, you adjust your ride height! I heard it's a sweet system, somebody at www.v6power.net i think installed one.
Like said, the only issue apparent to me is the price.
