Airbag Light On But Not Flashing On A 91 Gt. How Do I Get The Code.

I just replaced my cluster on my 91 GT and the airbag warning light came on, I thought messed something up but I checked the old cluster and the light was burnt out. I've been frustrated doing research because all I can find is what the blinking airbag lights means but I cant find out what a continous light means or how to do the diagnostic.
How do I find out whats wrong?

My service manual is for a 92 which has a slightly different system says that a Continuous On means that the Diagnostic Monitor is disconnected or inoperable.

Im guessing that sometime in the past it was probably beeping because of the bulb out in the old cluster which then caused someone to unplug the monitor.
