Ok, I've got a 99 Cobra, in case that makes a difference here.

It pulls to the left quite a bit. To go straight I generally have to have the steering wheel turned maybe 20-30 degrees to the right. The driver's side front tire is wearing really bad on the outer edge. Everything else is wearing normally.

I took the car in to have it aligned today thinking that was likely the problem. They said everything was in spec and should be good. They gave me a sheet with all the info, can you guys see any reason I would be having these minor problems? Also, they said that they couldn't adjust the rears because they were frozen up. To unfreeze them they would need to heat them way too near the gas tank to be safe. Does that sound like a reasonable problem or did they just not know what they were doing because of the IRS?

Left Front:
Camber: -0.8 deg.
Caster: 3.5 deg.
Toe: 0.02 deg.

Right Front:
Camber: -0.8 deg.
Caster: 4.0 Deg.
Toe: 0.18 deg.

Front Total Toe: 0.20 deg.
Steer Ahead: -0.08 deg.

Left Rear:
Camber: -1.0 deg.
Toe: 0.30 Deg.

Right Rear:
Camber: -0.8 Deg.
Toe: 0.55 Deg.

Rear Total Toe: 0.84 Deg
Thrust Angle: -0.13 Deg.

ok I will say something dumb here. Have you checked the PSI in each tire? Could me a tie rod or something. Very strange here I would get a 2nd opinion if I was you on the alighment.

yeah, I keep the air good in the tires. It's been slowly wearing like that and pulling since about last april or so (yeah, yeah, I should've gotten it checked out a LONG time ago).
