Possibly, but that sounds more like a bent wheel or tire out of balance though. Take your car to sears or firestone or some other shop that offers 6mo, 12mo, or lifetime alignment service - can save a lot of money over time.

Why is your alignment messed up, did you hit a curb or something?

Depends on how bad it is. Shaking can also be caused by wheels out of balance as well. Best to have them done at the same time if you can spare the change.

My alignment is definatly out, if im driving down the road and let go of the wheel its an instant lane change to the right... and it is also causing some annoying vibrations between 65-70mph, as well as some crappy wear on my front tires.

Hate being broke.

actually i don't know why its off.. i think i got it like that.. it had newer tires on it. and the drive side front is wearing great. but the pass it wearing excessivly on the outside. I have had the tires rebalanced 2 time because i wasn't paying attention to the wear. and that helped a little. (the first they put the weight on the outside, about a month later i had the weight moved to the inside) then i changed the rear tire tot he front to see if it helped. and it did, but i'm not going to risk ruining it so i put the other back on the front..

Balance all four wheels when you get an alignment. Check your inner and outer tie rods also. The outers usually hold up decent on the Mustangs. My 53K outers were good on my Cobra. The 73K outers on my 01 GT drivetrain were worn out...actually one was junk. The inners wear really fast. Both cars mentioned had junk inners. To test them...pull in and out, they should not move in and out. Test them again by disconnecting the outer from the spindle. Hold them up, if they fall they are junk. If they stay there they are good. Both of mine could not hold their weight with or without the outers attached.

Also....check your steering shaft if the problems persist after this. Pull if off check U joints. Also, check the bearing in the firewall the shaft goes through. The one in my Cobra broken and fell out. I could grab my steering shaft at the firewall and move it at least a 1/4 inch. I got a new bearing. www.50resto.com (39.99) Solved the sloppy steering I had and the vibrations. It only has two bolts to hold it in.
