I know all you guys are dissing this guy hard but i still think its pretty cool what he did and even if its only 350rwhp thats still good for ~$700 !

No, he's going to max out around 350 hp. With his boost levels, he'll be lucky to hit 275 rwhp.

I went the DIY route, I love it, but you tend to run into a lot of problems just putting it together. there was a few times where I stopped and thought how can I make this work.

Numbers in my sig are untuned. I'm upgrading the turbo, so the numbers MAY jump just a tad more

Um, it added up, I don't think I want to know what it came to. You can find a similar turbo pretty cheap if you know what to look for. It's pretty much the same thing as a T04E. Use ebay or your junkyards, many big trucks use T4's. The turbines are usually huge like 1.09 A/R etc.. but you can get one off ebay for like 60 bucks.

Um I do have TwEECer, but I didn't really tune it too well, and I was using a draw thru meter, plus my clutch decided it had enough so I think my numbers are pretty much anidea of what it's making. My clutch just didn't want to hear the torque.

Definately, just make sure the turbine is the right size otherwise it'll take all day to spool. turbines are interchangable so you can get a turbo with a large housing and put on a smaller one.

How can I tell what kinda turbo it is/ will it work, while Im at the junkyard? Is there certain numbers on the housing that will tell me wut it is and what are the sizes I can use for a single turbo setup pushing about 9-10lbs boost?

Check out pages 3 & 4 on the link posted above. There are several references to single turbo's that could be used. Do a search for "powerstroke or " "Cummins" and you'll find quite a bit of info. All the info is over there, you just have to look for it.

Also…your lucky I don’t get pissy like many others on here. You just gotta be careful…as flame wars are quite easy to get into. You also don't want to loose your credibility...People will be much less likely to help out.
