my turbo project. I finally got all the parts sitting in my garage awaiting the day that I get out of school so they can finally go on my car  I wanted to have this done 2 months ago but it never happened. Heres a pic of everything I have. I still need to get the intercoolers welded together and custom tanks made for them. I have a few extra little things I still need to get but all should be here before I'm done with the project. Getting close... cant wait  Looks fairly simple eh?

good luck......Those pipes are all getting bent right? either way get some times when your done and dont forget pics...
Thoes pipes are just getting cut and welded, I shouldht have to get any more pipes bent. I'm still in school right now, my last day is May 13th then I finally graduate from HS and move onto college.

Andy, yea I know about Jesse's problems so I'm going to take it easy until I get it tuned... eventhough he blew a HG on the dyno :bang: I hope to start this and be done with it in a week.

That's awesome! How much did that cost you and wat kind of power do you expect it to make? You're one lucky guy! How come you get out of school in mid May? I remember when I was in high school we didn't get out till around June 7th or around there!

My school started a month early :notnice:

You're one lucky guy!
I had to work my azz off to get all the stuff I have so far! I'm guessing its going to be arond $1500 total doing all the work myself. I'm shooting for around the 500rwhp mark at 10psi of boost.

My dads going to help with the welding and cutting at first, but I'd like to do most of the work myself. Mike said he'd stop by to see the progress so if he wanted to help that'd be up to him :) Hell... I'd be happy if it ran 11's without blowing up something

i am starting the custom turbo kit on my 94 gt in a few weeks. the parts are starting to arrive. going with a T04B single setup. I am actually in high school as well. i want to weld it all myself but i dont have a welder. i have a friend that might help me by doing the welding. ive been reading a lot on turbomustangs.com.

ps: oink i really like your turbo setup!

welders are suprisingly not that expensive me and my buddy are actually building a go-kart right now and we are using his 100$ harbor frieght welder everyone should check out that place they have some cheap ass tools. but yeah i would love to be able to make my own turbo kit and with learning to make those perfect stack-o-nickles welds will hopefully help.

A t04-b if im not mistakign has a .60 a/r compressor and a 1.15a/r exhaust.

You might want to make the exhaust housing a .89 because you will see boost VERY high in the RPM's.

You can find a new exhaust housing for about $90.

Goodluck.
