I'm looking for a K member for spirited street/road course use.. I really don't want to spend $2000 for a Maximum Motorsports K member, control arms, and coilover setup.. Thats really more than its worth to me.. I do intend on going with a panhard bar setup in the rear, but would like to find a K member and A arm package closer to a grand.... Are there any other good road course friendly K members out there besides Griggs and MM???

have you looked into uprproducts.com i've been eye balling some of their stuff for when i get ready to start doin my suspension. i havent done any research on any problems but they are a good bit cheaper than mm and griggs

I have the Granatelli Motor Sports k-member, a-arms, and coil over set up. This set up has been on the car for 7000 miles with no problems. Ive inspected for cracked welds twice and no issues. A lot of people don't like Granatelli products, but I have had no issues. If you look at pictures of the MM and Granatelli k-members, it looks like they copied MM design.

I had enough problems with my UPR C/C plates (which were replaced with MM units) that I don't know if I would buy any suspension products from them. The plates were just cheaply made, and the bearing on the passenger side plate popped very loudly when the car was in motion. It really sucked because the MM plates place the 4th hole in a different spot, so I had to drill twice. :(
