Alternator help - 140amp PowerMaster

Hello all,

So the thing is brand new. Any idea as to why it isn't charging? It is a one-wire hookup and grounded to the block.

Please let me know if you can help at all.

If you have continuity between the charge stud and the solenoid/battery, and you're achieving the minimum excite RPM, I'd have it bench tested at the parts store.
