called around aluminum d/s prices are on the rise, everybody i called is about $200 except for summit there's are still $159 till june the sales rep told me. ordered mine today.
Yep I noticed that too. I saw one site selling the Ford Racing aluminum driveshafts for $249!! No thanks...it was just a few months ago that I stumbled upon a site selling them for $139 + shipping. Can't find that now though so I guess I'll end up buying a slightly used one. That price from Summit is actually very good, especially if you have the 10% off coupon.
This topic has come up a few times. Summit has some left in stock, I just got myself one for $168 shipped. It sucks though, I am studying business classes abroad in Australia so I will have to wait until the end of July to see it/install it.
I guess that I will just have to wait.....That makes me a saaaad panda (southpark)
Speaking of studying abroad, tomorrow I am going to Sydney to check out an Aussie Car Show! Talk about two educations at once. I'll have my girlfriends digital camera, anyone interested in seeing some exotics?
Ferrari's Porsches Supra's Skylines, Lambo's etc etc, all run around on the streets at night in Sydney, it makes me want to stay out all night watching some of these toys go by...
Get a drive shaft while you still can, word is that you have until June then the prices go up.
